I found Trinitron Garage Doors on Craigslist after his garage door stopped working properly. One of the cables had come out of place, several rollers needed to be put back into the track, and the spring needed to be re-tensioned.
Wesley was able to come out within a couple of hours and got everything working again for a very fair price. He also lubricated the door, checked everything over, and took the time to explain what had happened and what he was doing.

Root Cause
A displaced cable and rollers out of the track were preventing the door from moving correctly. The spring tension also needed adjustment. Resetting those components and correcting the tension addressed the problems described in James's review.
